Individual Therapy in Napanee

Therapy for anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing and emotional overwhelm

You might be here because things look fine on the outside—but inside, you're exhausted from second-guessing yourself, managing everyone else's needs, or trying to hold everything together.

If this feels familiar, you're not alone—and things can change.

We can work together to understand old patterns, reconnect with yourself, and build greater self-compassion, confidence, and clarity. My hope is to help you create a life that feels more aligned, connected, and authentically yours.

I’m Ashlee, a Registered Social Worker in Napanee, Ontario.

I am a therapist who wants to help you unpack your story, feel seen, and experience emotions in a helpful, even transformative way.

I bring a calm, compassionate presence while also taking a focused, proactive approach to uncover the underlying causes of our struggles, allowing us to work through them and create lasting change.

I enjoy working with women who want to make peace with people-pleasing, anxious, perfectionist parts of themselves and are motivated and keen to explore their inner worlds.

Therapy for Therapists

Things can change.

You CAN build a life that feels more aligned, more connected, and more yours. A life where you trust yourself, set boundaries without guilt, and feel at peace with who you are.

It won’t happen overnight, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I help individuals find the self-compassion, confidence and clarity they’ve been looking for.

Using the experience of our emotional and attachment systems, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, an evidence-based therapy, we’ll work together so you can heal old patterns and reconnect with a truer version of yourself!

I welcome all identities and cultural backgrounds.

  • In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you and understand what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, any concerns you have, and what you hope to gain from our work together. It’s a chance for both of us to see if we’re a good fit.

  • Everything you share is kept confidential, with a few exceptions required by law in Ontario—such as if someone is at risk of serious harm. I’ll go over this in more detail when we begin.

  • That depends on your needs and goals. Some clients come weekly, others biweekly or monthly. We’ll figure out a schedule that works best for you and can adjust it as needed.

  • Yes, I offer virtual therapy to clients across Ontario. You can attend sessions from the comfort of your home, and we’ll use a secure video platform to ensure your privacy.
