Individual Therapy
For adults in Napanee and downtown Kingston, Ontario and online
Have you done everything “right”? Built a career, checked the boxes, kept it all together.
On the outside, your life looks good. But inside? You feel disconnected—like you’re constantly overthinking, stuck in self-doubt, or just going through the motions.
Maybe your relationships aren’t as fulfilling as you hoped, or you feel disconnected. You wonder if your past is still shaping the way you show up today, but you’re not sure where to start.
Individual therapy can help if you’re feeling:
Stuck or overwhelmed by life’s challenges
Struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress
Dealing with past trauma or painful memories
Grief and loss (of a person, relationship, ability, time in your life)
Facing relationship difficulties
Struggling with worries about your ‘enoughness’
Looking to improve self-esteem, confidence, or self-awareness
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
Therapy isn’t just about talking about problems—it’s about taking time to slow down so you can reflect, notice patterns and work towards real change.
Together, we can explore how your past and present are connected, so you can break free from outdated coping strategies, strengthen your relationships, and understand yourself in a deeper way.
Therapy that fits you
I approach therapy collaboratively - meaning I’ll ask about your goals and needs. Some weeks, we may dive into deep into experiences and other weeks, we’ll focus on practical strategies to help you navigate tough times.
My approach is rooted in getting to the emotional heart of the matter, explicitly appreciating your inherent resiliency and goodness, and taking things moment by moment. This means we go slow together, to be curious and open to your inner experience which can reveal inner strengths and wisdom.
I will show up to the therapeutic relationship with kindness and respect for each person - no matter their identity or experiences. I may be more directive at times, and other times supportive as you explore your inner world.
It’s truly an honour to hold and support each person’s story and experiences.
