My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we'll slow things down and explore the emotions, experiences, and patterns that shape your life.
Drawing from AEDP and attachment-focused therapy, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and trust in themselves.
Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about creating space for healing, growth, and a deeper connection with yourself.

60 or 90-minute one-on-one sessions
A complimentary 15-minute discovery call is recommended before scheduling sessions.
Fees:
$170 for 55 minutes
$220 for 90 minutes
Payment is by e-transfer, cash or cheque
