AEDP Therapy for Therapists
Curious About AEDP? Experience It From the Inside.
If you’re a therapist considering training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) — or who has already begun training — experiencing AEDP firsthand can be a powerful and meaningful way to understand the model.
Because AEDP is an experiential therapy, many therapists find that the most impactful way to learn the modality is to experience the process from the client’s perspective.
I offer a 3- or 6-session experiential AEDP therapy series for therapists who are curious about the model and would like to experience the process firsthand.
This short-term series may be a good fit if you:
Are considering training in AEDP or have begun training (such as Immersion or Essential Skills)
Are interested in experiencing the modality firsthand
Want to deepen your connection to your own emotional processing
Value experiential learning as part of your professional growth
These sessions are therapy rather than supervision or consultation, and the focus will be on your own experience within the therapeutic process.
Many therapists find that even a brief series of sessions offers valuable insight into the depth and transformational potential of AEDP work.
3–6 sessions | For therapists | Virtual or in-person

About Me:
I am a Registered Social Worker and Level 3 trained therapist in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). My work is grounded in a deep respect for the emotional processes that help people move toward healing, resilience, and a more authentic connection with themselves.
I am currently engaged in both individual and group supervision and remain committed to ongoing training and professional development in AEDP. Continuing to deepen my learning allows me to stay closely connected to the evolving practice of the model and bring greater attunement and care to the therapy process.
Experiencing AEDP personally as part of my own training has shaped how I understand this work. It reinforced my belief that meaningful change can happen within the safety and support of a therapeutic relationship. What I found most impactful was the unconditional positive regard my therapist held for me, alongside the opportunity to process emotions in a way that felt supported and deeply understood.
In my practice, I aim to create a space where people feel safe enough to slow down, explore their inner world, and make sense of emotions that may have felt confusing, overwhelming, or pushed aside. Together we work toward helping clients reconnect with their strengths, their emotional truth, and a deeper sense of self.
My Approach to Therapy:
I approach therapy collaboratively - meaning I’ll ask about your goals and needs. Some weeks, we may dive into deep into experiences and other weeks, we’ll focus on practical strategies to help you navigate tough times.
My approach is rooted in getting to the emotional heart of the matter, explicitly appreciating your inherent resiliency and goodness, and taking things moment by moment. This means we go slow together, to be curious and open to your inner experience which can reveal inner strengths and wisdom.
I will show up to the therapeutic relationship with kindness and respect for each person - no matter their identity or experiences. I may be more directive at times, and other times supportive as you explore your inner world.
It’s truly an honour to hold and support each person’s story and experiences.
